Finding your perfect fit starts here. Our sizing kit lets you try the actual nail tips used for your handmade press-on sets, so you can order with confidence rather than guessing from measurements alone.

  • One clear sample nail in each available size for your chosen shape and length.
  • Choose from the shape and length combinations shown in the options.
  • Includes a sizing guide to record the best fit for each finger.
  • Ideal before ordering your first custom-sized set.

How to use

Place each sample gently over your natural nail without glue, checking that it fits comfortably from sidewall to sidewall. Record the best-fitting number for each finger on both hands, then use these measurements when choosing custom sizing for your press-on nails.

Tip: If you're between sizes, the slightly larger tip can be carefully filed at the sides for a closer fit.

Please note: The sizing kit contains plain, unpainted sample tips, not a finished nail set. Nail shapes and lengths can fit differently, so we recommend a separate kit for each combination you plan to order.

Pick your perfect shape

Choose the shape and length that suits your style. Our sizing kits are available in the following combinations:
Square: Short, Medium, Long, Extra Long
Coffin: Short, Medium, Long
Almond: Medium, Extra Long
Oval: Medium
Stiletto: Long, Extra Long

How to use your sizing kit

  1. Start with Bare Nails – Make sure your natural nails are clean, dry and free from polish before checking your sizes.

  2. Try Each Size – Gently place each sample nail over your natural nail without pressing down. Applying pressure can distort the fit and lead to choosing a size that's too small.

  3. Check the Fit – The correct size should sit comfortably from sidewall to sidewall without overlapping your skin. If you're between sizes, choose the slightly larger tip, as the sides can be carefully filed for a more precise fit.

  4. Check Both Hands – Nail sizes can differ between hands, so measure every finger individually for the most accurate results.

  5. Record Your Sizes – Use the included sizing card to note the best-fitting size for each finger. Keep it handy when ordering your handmade press-on nails.

Don't worry if the cuticle curve isn't a perfect match. Your finished press-ons can be gently filed around the cuticle area to achieve a more personalised fit.

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love your Rhiannon's Talons order. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations, returns and refunds.

Changing your mind

For most eligible online purchases, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to tell us you'd like to cancel, without needing to give a reason.

You can also request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. If your order is already being prepared, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once you've notified us that you're cancelling an eligible order, you have a further 14 days to return the items.

Some exclusions apply, including certain personalised products and hygiene-sensitive goods, as explained below.

Press-on nails & hygiene

All Rhiannon's Talons press-on nail sets are supplied in protective containers secured with tamper-evident VOID security seals. These seals help us identify whether a container has been opened after delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, please keep your nails unused, with the original security seal intact.

Where the statutory hygiene exemption applies, breaking or removing the security seal after delivery means the item cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund.

Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove your right to cancel. Returns will be assessed in accordance with your statutory rights.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your nails arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Custom & personalised orders

We love bringing your unique nail ideas to life!

Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as genuinely bespoke nail designs, are generally excluded from the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

For bespoke orders, we'll confirm the design details before production begins. Please check these carefully and contact us promptly if you need to request changes or cancellation.

Selecting a standard shape, length, size or finish does not necessarily make a product legally personalised.

These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Returning an item

For eligible change-of-mind returns, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. We'll provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Package your items securely, preferably using the original packaging.
  4. Send the return within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Customers are responsible for direct return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

Items should be handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Where permitted by law, a deduction may be made for any reduction in value caused by excessive handling.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible. This helps us investigate and put things right quickly.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund. Where a return is required because an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return costs.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy, including your applicable short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.

Refunds

For valid change-of-mind cancellations, we'll refund the eligible item cost together with the applicable standard outbound delivery charge. Additional amounts paid for a more expensive delivery option are not normally refundable.

Where goods are being returned, refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they've been sent, whichever is earlier.

If no goods need to be returned, the refund will normally be issued within 14 days of your valid cancellation request.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
