Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All nail sets are handmade to order. Processing times vary depending on the design and are listed on individual product pages. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days 

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping: Currently not available 

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services are outside of our control. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, busy periods, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to ship orders:

  • Evri
  • DPD
  • Yodel

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address & Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. In some cases, we may ask you to contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
