Before you enquire
You’ll receive a quote based on your chosen design before anything is made.
I’ll confirm the estimated turnaround when I reply to your enquiry.
You’ll need your nail sizes before your set is made. Sizing kits are available if needed.
Once your order has been approved and making has started, it can’t be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
I’ll usually reply to custom enquiries within 24–48 hours.
