Getting the right size is key to flawless, comfortable press-on nails

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Ensure your nails are clean and dry—no polish, oils, or residue.
  2. Place a strip of clear tape across the widest part of your nail, making sure it covers from sidewall to sidewall.
  3. Using a pen or marker, mark the edges of your nail where the tape meets the sidewalls.
  4. Remove the tape and use your ruler to measure the distance between the two marks in millimeters.
  5. Repeat the process for each nail, writing down each measurement carefully.
  6. Once you have your measurements, refer to our sizing chart or select the Custom Size option at checkout and input your sizes.

How to Use the Size Chart

Once you've measured each nail, use the size chart to match your nail widths to the corresponding size numbers. From there, check which standard size range is the closest fit for you:

Large: 0, 4, 3, 5, 7

Medium: 1, 5, 4, 6, 8

Small: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9

If none of these sets match your measurements perfectly, no worries! Simply select Custom Size at checkout and enter your exact sizes for a made-to-measure fit.

You'll receive one plane nail of each size so you can check your best fit.

How to Use Your Sizing Kit

  1. Start with Bare Nails - Make sure your natural nails are clean and polish-free. Measuring over nail polish can result in incorrect sizing.
  2. Test Each Size - Place each sample nail over your natural nail without pressing down. Pressing too hard may cause you to choose a smaller size, leading to poor fit and nails popping off.
  3. Check the Fit - The correct size should fit comfortably from sidewall to sidewall. If you’re between sizes, always go for the larger size—you can gently file down the sides if needed.
  4. Measure Both Hands - Your dominant hand may be slightly larger, so check both hands for accuracy.
  5. Note Your Sizes - Use the included size card to record the size for each nail so you're ready to order confidently!

    Don’t stress if the cuticle curve isn’t an exact match—once you receive your press-ons, you can gently file the cuticle area to perfect the fit.

Eligibility for Returns:
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are completely unused and still sealed with the original security seal. Nails that do not fit correctly cannot be returned, so please measure your nails carefully using our How to measure your nails guide. Nails that are broken or damaged due to improper use or force cannot be returned, please read our guide on how to get the most longevity out of your nails.

Return Window:
If you wish to return your unused product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Original Packaging:
Ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, with the security seal still in place. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the products show signs of use or damage, including but not limited to the security seal being damaged. If this happens we will let you know we're unable to accept the return and the reason why, and will return the product to you.
