Introduction
By accessing Rhiannon’s Talons website, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated from time to time, so please check them periodically. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may only use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Guarantee
Online customers have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel their order. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, worn, tried on, or where the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty. Custom designed or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty. By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have reviewed all design details before production begins. Due to the bespoke nature of custom items, cancellation may not be possible once work has started.
When returning your product, please indicate that you are exercising your rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. If you notify Rhiannon’s Talons of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within the subsequent 14 days, your standard delivery costs will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering. We are not responsible for sizing issues where incorrect measurements have been provided.
Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
Delivery times
We make every effort to have your order delivered on the specified date and time. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond our or our courier’s control may occasionally cause delays. As such, delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed dates. We will notify you as soon as we are aware of any delay. If your order does not arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date so that we can investigate further.
Many of our products are handmade to order. Processing times may vary and are displayed on the website. These times are separate from delivery times.
Missing items & delivery disputes
If an item is missing or you wish to dispute your delivery, please notify us directly within 14 days from the dispatch date. Once your dispute is received, allow us 5 working days to investigate and coordinate with our courier. You will also be required to complete a declaration confirming that part of your order was missing upon delivery. Please note that any delay in reporting a missing item may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
Complaint resolution
If you have a complaint about any product or service purchased from Rhiannon’s Talons, please email us at Rhiannon@rhiannonstalons.co.uk. If we are unable to resolve your complaint after our final response, you may escalate the matter to Consumer Arbitration. Consumer Arbitration provides independent dispute resolution under the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015. Please ensure you refer your complaint to them within 12 months of receiving our final response.

Damaged or defective products
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we'll provide a free replacement or a full refund for the purchase price. Please return the item along with your proof of purchase to initiate the process.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Hygiene & Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unused and still sealed with the original security seal. If the seal has been removed, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom designed or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty. By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have reviewed all design details before production begins. Due to the bespoke nature of custom items, cancellation may not be possible once work has started.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused

- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at rhiannon@rhiannonstalons.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return process.
Order Confirmation and contract
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Please note that your order constitutes an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance based on stock availability. Once you receive the confirmation email, the details of your order (including products and quantities) cannot be altered. Ensure that you review all information carefully before completing the checkout process. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at Rhiannon@rhiannonstalons.co.uk.
Stock and Order Processing
There may be a delay between when you place your order and when we accept it. As such, the confirmation email does not guarantee stock availability. Should an item be out of stock at the time of processing, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the unavailable item if paying by card; refunds will be processed for PayPal transactions.
Formation of Contract and Payment
The contract for the sale of goods is formed when we send you an email confirming that your product has been dispatched to the address provided. At the time of dispatch, if you have paid by card, your account will be debited for the shipped items. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item in accordance with your statutory rights and our returns policy.
Payment Security and Legal Jurisdiction
To protect your personal information and payment details, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We take security seriously and have implemented robust physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards. This website, its content, and any contracts arising from its use are governed by English law. All contracts are conducted in English, and by entering into a contract with us, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
When paying by credit or debit card, please note that your bank may place a pending hold on the funds. This is beyond our control. The payment will be released when Rhiannon’s Talons processes the payment at the point of dispatch.
Right to Refuse Orders
Rhiannon’s Talons reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
Allergy Disclaimer
Our products may contain ingredients or chemicals that could trigger allergic reactions or sensitivities in some individuals. We strongly recommend that you review the ingredient information. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer, understand the potential risks, and accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions that may occur. Rhiannon’s Talons is not liable for any allergic reactions or related injuries resulting from the use of our products. If you experience any irritation or adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full application.
Bulk buying and buying for resale
If we determine that an order appears to be for bulk purchase or intended for resale or wholesale rather than personal use, Rhiannon’s Talons reserves the right to cancel such orders.
User generated content
Rhiannon’s Talons offers you the chance to have your social media photographs and/or videos featuring the hashtag #rhiannonstalons showcased in our designated area and on our social channels. If your content is selected, it may appear on our website or as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, visible to other users along with your name and, if you grant permission, your associated Instagram profile details (including your handle and profile picture). Please note that Rhiannon’s Talons is not obligated to feature or post any photograph or video and will do so solely at our discretion.
By submitting a photo or video, you retain your ownership rights while granting Rhiannon’s Talons a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license. This license allows us to use, edit, modify, reproduce, translate, publish, and distribute your submission, or incorporate it into other works across our website, emails, and social media channels. This permission extends to all current and future media or distribution methods, without requiring additional compensation or prior notice.
If you do not agree to grant the above permissions, please refrain from submitting or sharing your photos.
By submitting a photo or video, you confirm that you have the right to grant the license described above. You also represent that you have obtained permission from all individuals featured in the content, including consent from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18. Additionally, to the extent allowed by law, you agree to waive any moral rights associated with your submission.
When you submit a photo or video, you acknowledge that your submission will not be treated as proprietary or confidential. It may be made publicly available and used by Rhiannon’s Talons without any restrictions. You confirm that your submission complies with all applicable laws, regulations, Instagram’s Terms of Use, and any other third-party agreements you are subject to.

This provision will continue to apply even after the termination of this Agreement.

Prices and promotions
All prices displayed on our website include VAT for items delivered within the United Kingdom; however, delivery charges are not included. Rhiannon’s Talons reserves the right to change prices at any time.
