Every set is carefully handmade to order. This design requires 2-3 working days to create before dispatch. More detailed sets take longer to ensure a flawless finish.
If ordering multiple sets, your order will ship once everything is ready.
Processing time refers to the time required to create your nails. Shipping time is in addition to this.
Each set of 10 soft gel nails includes everything you need for a flawless, long-lasting application:
- Prep wipe for a clean base

Please handle with care. Nail glue may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Hygiene & Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unused and still sealed with the original security seal. If the seal has been removed, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom designed or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty. By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have reviewed all design details before production begins. Due to the bespoke nature of custom items, cancellation may not be possible once work has started.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Security seal must remain intact
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
